FERMOALE New-E is a new yeast in active dry form suitable to produce hazy or juicy ale beer styles: New England IPAs (NEIPA), Hazy IPAs, Juicy IPAs, Double Hazy IPAs & Hazy pale ales.
Its aromatic fruity character is ideal to amplify many sought after hop aromas derived from flame out hops or dry hopping of these beer styles.
The intrinsic fermentation features of FERMOALE New-E results to the production of hazy and juicy beers with more residual non-fermented sugars that confers a rounded mouthfeel and juicy full body. Likewise, it intensifies the fruits attributes on the forefront of hop-forward beers with the use of new generation hops.
FERMOALE New-E is an excellent top fermenting dry active yeast, which can perform fermentation up to 11% ABV. Furthermore, its flexible fermentation temperature range allows to module the flavour profile.
