VITE COLTE CHOOSES INNOTEC FOR ITS TAILOR-MADE AUTOMATIC MICROFILTRATION

The Vite Colte winery in Barolo (Piedmont, Italy) has chosen INNOTEC to supply an automatic microfiltration plant including CIP for its new bottling line.

The winery was inaugurated in 2000 and was born of an innovative architectural project that combines design with eco-compatibility, blending perfectly into the gentle hilly terrain of the Langhe. Architect Gianni Arnaudo designed the structure, according to a philosophy and logic in which attention to new technologies and environmental sustainability blend with a commitment to quality viticulture that comes from continuous innovation.

The architectural structure of the winery is characterized by contained and nonlinear available spaces. By studying the context and listening carefully to the client's needs, INNOTEC was able to design and bring to life an engineered system tailored to the client's needs.
