POWDER MIXER
AUTOMATIC SYSTEM FOR DISSOLVING POWDERS
Our group constantly strives for high-tech plant solutions to optimise all process steps in wine production. To achieve this, AEB, has incorporated into the group INNOTEC, a leading company of automated plants, equipment and state-of-the-art solutions in the oenology sector.
During winemaking, there are many situations in which it is necessary to use powder preparations to solubilise in must or wine. In order to facilitate these operations, which are often time-consuming and operationally expensive, we provide POWDER MIXER, an automatic system developed by our INNOTEC division that enables to automates the solubilisation of ingredients or powder components, guaranteeing quality, a high level of homogenisation of the solution and safety for operators.
POWDER MIXER makes it possible to limit contact with air, reducing the presence of oxygen in the solution to be used in solubilisation. In addition, this system increases the speed and safety of work, and makes it possible to work at dissolution capacities from 3000 kg/h to 9000 kg/h.
