Tanisouple is a particular ellagic powder tannin, produced from prized wood species rich in flavanolic components.
Thanks to the system of selective extraction from wood, Tanisouple does not release undesirable substances (such as oxidizable polyphenols, coarse bitter tannins, etc.), accelerates the time needed for the maturation and aging of wines kept in barriques and this in turn reduces storage costs.
Tanisouple improves color and brightness of white wines.
In red wines, it weakens roughness and astringency sensations, contemporaneously improving the aroma.
Tanisouple combines with the wine components in a few days and its reducing affect enables to obtain wines which remain stable in time; when added both to the “liqueur de tirage” and the “liqueur d’expédition”, it enables to improve the quality and the sensation of gustative fullness of sparkling wines fermented in the bottle or in autoclave.
It softens the odor and the aggressive taste of acetic acid in wine vinegars.
