Endozym Glucapec is particularly indicated for the treatment of musts and wines deriving from Botrytis affected grapes and for the support it gives to young wines, or too much ripened wines, or pressed wines.
The innovative formulation is very suitable also in the presence of abundant sediments caused by yeast metabolism and by cellular walls of microorganisms depositing on the bottom of the refinement tanks.
Endozym Glucapec can be utilized on must, on wine at the end of the fermentation and also during maturation, contributing, in any specific case, to markedly improve general conditions.
The formulation enables to reduce treatments with clarification aids and enables to keep always and fully the wine body, without impoverishing its structure. The suggested dosage is between 2-4 g/hL and varies inside this range according to the starting conditions and the desired objectives.
